My parents celbrate 30 years of marraige today. For all that they do for me I thought I would give them a token of appreciation by throwing them a surprise anniversary party. They truly were surprised and were totally not expecting to pull into the driveway with may people there.
The celbration inculded many good friends, family and a wonderful lobster bake. I am so thankful for all the help that I had in putting this fun filled afternoon together. We enjoyed lobsters inside due to the pouring rain.
All this after being prepared in a "lobster dake" outside in the rain. The boys sure were good though and put out tarps to stand under so they could tend the bake.
I would have to say though that I could not have pulled this off by myself and was very happy to have the love and support of my boyfriend Ryan in getting everything together and arranged and keeping in completly from my parents. I could ask for a better person to spend this event with and hope that we in turn we get to celebrate many anniversaries together in the future.
